Sammie Tafoya is a Senior at the University of Arkansas, her majors are Political Science, Journalism, and African & African American Studies. Sammie’s academic interests include conflict resolution studies in historically polarized communities. Currently she is performing research for a documentary film in South Africa and will be expanding her skills through the SIT Journalism program in Cape Town.
