Olivia Decelles is a junior Digital Media Production student at Drake University. Storytelling has been a large part of Olivia’s life and her interest in sharing the experiences of others is what pushed her to pursue a career in journalism. Olivia manages her own radio show, is the Media Director for the Drake Student Alumni Association (SAA), films and edits video for the Drake University Communication Department, and is the Journalism School Liaison for the Student Leadership Advisory Panel.
Olivia is thrilled to have the opportunity to develop her journalism skills in South Africa. She is looking forward to publishing her own stories, refining her audio and video production skills, and working with professional journalists.
